My Lyme Doc® Return Policy
- If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from My Lyme Doc or anything purchased on any of Dr. Diane’s stores, the following is our policy.
- Returns are only permitted on certain items and only in accordance with the policy below. Please note that lab tests and books are not able to be returned for any reason. There are no exceptions to this. Supplements can be returned in some situations according to the policy below.

Only unopened products with safety seal intact may be returned within 30 days with the exception of heat sensitive or private label products which are non-returnable. Liposomal products are also non returnable.
- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Purchase shipping charges are non-refundable. Any damaged products must be communicated within 72 hours to be eligible for a return or replacement.
- All labels and barcodes must be intact.
- Any altered labels in any way are non-returnable.
Prior authorization and proof of purchase from Dr. Diane’s customer service team is necessary. Email our team at [email protected] requesting a return and the reason for return.
- Damages and issues
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for lab tests, books. hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
- Exchanges
- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
- Refunds
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
