* Note that the service bundles above are billed automatically on a monthly, semi-annually, or annual basis. There is no contract and services can be cancelled at any time by calling (must be 7 days before the next billing). There is no proration of services used for a partial prepaid period. If services are cancelled, they may be reinstated at any time. It is up to your responsibility to make sure you are taking advantage of all of the services in your plan. There is no refund for failure to take advantage of components of the plan. Plan benefits do not roll over on a month to month basis, so we strongly recommend taking advantage of the plan you are on for full benefit.
There is a $250 fee for re-instatement of services that had lapsed to cover administrative costs. During this phase of care, most clients typically pay about $300 a month in supplement fees for treatment in the first few months. Supplement investment decreases as root causes reverse. Clients can choose to move on to Phase 3 and back to Phase 2 at any point. Discounts if paid in 6 or 12 month bundles.
